Fancy getting on one of these instead of a traditional red London bus? People around Caledonian Road had chance to ride on an old horse-drawn Omnibus, which was stationed outside the factory it had been built in.
The Drewitt’s Three Light horse-drawn Omnibus – so called because of the number of windows on either side – is a double decker, capable of seating 22 people, and was built at The Busworks in North Road – now serviced offices for creatives.
It made a series of trips around the streets, as The Busworks MD Gillian Harwood aimed to give people a taste of the building’s past.
Certainly looks more appealing than the number 25.
