I don’t drink so it would have to be either a juice or water at a café in Croydon actually go on YouTube and watch videos of previous Olympic finals. I find their success inspiring and hope it will be me that people are Googling in the not too distant future.

In the summer, I love Hyde Park because it’s a little haven in the middle of central London, and there’s always something going on.
Where do you like to go shopping?
It’s got to be Selfridges in central London – it’s always buzzing and they have everything you need under one roof.
Do you have any secret London tips for us?
In London, working out can be expensive so I would say that instead of paying a fortune for fancy gyms use your local leisure centres or the multitude of parks and green spaces that the city has to offer.
