This week singer songwriter Frank Hamilton has had some rather rude comments from someone on YouTube.
The singer-songwriter, who has embarked on a project to write, record and release one song a week for a whole year, says “what do you say to people who sit behind a keyboard all day ranting?”
So rather than getting angry, Hamilton has written a song as a response. The tune is particularly upbeat, and includes the lyrics: “I wasn’t born perfect but I try, My bed is the only place that I lie. So throw your sticks and stones, Coz your words won’t keep me up at night.”
Frank’s now off to the Isle of White Festival and is already planning to write the song for week 26 when he’s there, we have a feeling it might have something to do with muddy festivals…
Each week we bring you the latest track by the London musician from his project One Song A Week, which sees him write, record and release one song a week for a whole year. If you missed our feature about One Song A Week and why we’re backing it, you can read it again here.
