The Maccabees to headline the People’s Palace

South London indie five-piece The Maccabees will be playing their biggest headline gig to date at Alexandra Palace on June 8, where thousands will be packing “the People’s Palace” to hear hits such as Pelican and Feel to Follow.

The band have brought in new electronic elements to their third album, casting aside their usual jam-based method of recording. Given To The Wild is possibly their most beautiful album to date. They will be supported by fellow indie band British Sea Power and Baxter Dury (son of Ian).
