A motion picture of Titantic proportions: film openings this weekend

Titanic 3D comes crashing back into cinemas this Friday, fifteen years after its initial release. The film that launched Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet to international fame – and also sunk one very important ship – returns to the screen to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the ship’s sinking in all of its three-dimensional glory.

Also out this weekend: Sean Penn stars as a retired rock star in the quirky dramedy This Must Be The Place, and a National Guard volunteer struggles with her return home from Afghanistan in the American indie-drama Return. For the families and youngsters, animated French-film A Cat in Paris follows a young girl and her cat as they travel Paris to unravel a thrilling mystery.
