Spring is a great opportunity to clear out the old winter wardrobe and get in the summer’s must have fashions, so it is well timed that luxury clothing agency Chic & Seek have announced a pop-up shop with a difference.
On Friday March 16 Redistributing Fashion will open its doors and give London’s fashionistas a chance to grab rare and highly sought after items of clothing donated by some of the biggest names in the fashion industry.
On the racks will be couture from the likes of Chanel, Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Christina Louboutin and Hermes. The best news is that with discounts between 50% and 80% you don’t need to be a millionaire to pick up a bargain or two. Clothes, jewellery and accessories will all be available.
The event is being held in aid of the Rugby Portobello Trust, a Notting Hill based youth, education and housing charity that supports and provides positive options for young people in the area to prevent them from falling into crime and the possible consequences of social exclusion.
You’ll have to be quick and perhaps pull a sickie if you want to ensure you get maximum choice as the shop is open for one day only.
The doors of Redistributing Fashion open at 10.00 and close at 20.00.
Is that a cough you’re developing? You don’t sound so good, maybe best to call in sick just in case it gets worse. You can’t be too careful…
