The 1971 classic Harold and Maude returns to the Rio Cinema this Valentine’s evening. An unlikely love story develops when Harold meets Maude. He’s from from a solid, wealthy family, she’s a devil-may-care bohemian. With pitch perfect performances from Bud Cort and the great Ruth Gordon, plus a remarkable soundtrack by Cat Stevens, this intriguing and surprising movie has lots to say about life and relationships and is nothing less than a timeless, funny, sad, witty and heartwarming classic.
