Madonna announces 2012 World Tour, hits London Hyde Park 17 July

Hot on the heels of her Super Bowl halftime show triumph, the Material Girl has announced she is going on tour, with a Hyde Park date scheduled for 17 July.

Tickets for Madonna’s 2012 World Tour go on sale beginning Friday 10 February and are available using viagogo, which normally serves as a secondary ticket market but hits the big time for Madge. A full range of VIP packages are available.

Interestingly, Madonna gives herself a good four days off between the London date and her next stop in Edinburgh, which either means she’s taking up clay pigeon shooting again or – fingers crossed – O2 dates are on the way.
