There’s a number of affordable options in clubland this weekend.
Friday has three freebies: at Junction Room on Kingsland Road, you can consume disco courtesy of the prolific Pete Herbert; up the road at the Baby Bathhouse, there will be more of an Italo flavour at Ali Renault’s album launch party; and at the Big Chill House, DJ Food and Andrew Hung (Fuck Buttons) will deliver a great blend of beats and bleeps.
Over the weekend there are also a few nights costing a few pounds. On Friday, tickets for Now Then Records Label Launch with Cocoon’s Simon Baker are £4; Saturday’s Manchester HomoElectric migration to Dalston headlined by Luke Unabomber costs £5 in advance; and Sunday’s Fuse at 93 Feet East with Italian electronic don Davide Squillace is £5 all day on the guest list.
