V&A‘s hugely successful and critically acclaimed major exhibition, Postmodernism: Style and Subversion 1970-1990, gets a late night viewing session from 18.45 this evening.

The exhibition itself covers the influence of the movement on architecture in the 1970s, its explosive effects on design, art, music, fashion, performance and club culture, and its associations with 1980s materialism.

Given the content, it is most fitting to enjoy it with a stiff drink in hand, Maria and the Mirrors and drag performer Joey Arias at your side.
